Creaboost

agencies and freelancers

More clients, the same standard.

Neo is deployed for each of your clients, with its own memory, accounts and machine. Every Monday, the reviews of every account arrive, with 3 to 5 dated decisions per platform, Neo alerts your team the moment an account runs into a problem, and your reporting goes out in each client’s brand look.

4,000 advertisers use Creaboost, directly or through their outside growth team.

the problem

One expert per channel, and nobody connecting the numbers.

Agencies tend to grow channel by channel: a Meta expert, a Google expert, someone else for TikTok. Each one optimizes their own scope, and cross-channel strategy belongs to nobody. Meanwhile, client reporting eats the week.

  • silos

    Google’s ROI is at 5 and Meta’s at 3?

So Meta gets cut and Google gets doubled… And a few weeks later, Google’s ROI collapses, for lack of newly recruited audiences.

  • dashboarditis

    Tables nobody reads.

Staggering amounts of tables, charts and reports that nobody reads, or understands.

  • reporting

    Reporting eats the week.

Pulling numbers from every platform, reconciling them, putting them in the client’s brand look: hours per account, every month, taken from strategy work.

  • new client

A brand nobody has written down.

Little documentation, little involvement from leadership: the brand, its customers and its offers are left to discover, account after account.

what neo does for an agency

Every client gets its own Neo, and your team sees them all.

Neo is deployed brand by brand. Your agency keeps a single workspace for all its clients.

one brand per client

  • One machine and one memory per client

Each client gets a dedicated machine, with its own memory, accounts, data and tasks, and nothing carries over from one client to the next.

    Memory and connected accounts →
  • A new client in minutes

Add the brand and connect its accounts. If the client holds the access, send them a simple link.

    How access is shared →

agency view

  • All your clients in one workspace

A chat, a board or a doc can cover several brands in the same workspace: every client’s CPA week by week, and the accounts slipping behind, in one place.

    Boards →

reviews and audits

  • Reviews every Monday, for every account

Every week, for every client, one review per platform with 3 to 5 dated decisions, then the business review, ready before the client call.

    Scheduled tasks →
  • An audit when a client comes in

All the client’s platforms on three pillars: Neo names the bottleneck holding growth back and ranks the next steps by impact.

    Neo’s methods →

deliverables and alerts

  • Reporting in the client’s brand look

Audits, briefs and reporting export to Google Slides, Sheets and Docs through your Google connectors, in each client’s colors and fonts. A task updates the same file every month.

    Docs →
  • A page to send your client

Any deliverable can be published as a web page, with a link to send your client. They read it without creating an account, at the same address every time it updates.

  • The alert before the client calls

Neo flags it to your team the moment an account runs into a problem: CPA drifting, budget off pace, payment declined, creative rejected.

monday morning

Every account’s review, ready before the client call.

Every Monday, Neo posts each client’s reviews in the Slack channel you pick. Here is the first decision of the Maison Lune Meta review: the rule applied, the steps for your team and the date to check it.

  • Your account manager walks into the client call with decisions, and the client sees the rule behind each one.
  • The steps are for your team, in Ads Manager. Neo has no write access to your clients’ ad accounts.
  • When an input is missing, a target CPA or an unconnected store, Neo says so and explains how it compensates.
The weekly review →
a new client

From signed contract to first review, in five steps.

  1. 01

    Add the brand

Create the client’s brand in your workspace. Neo starts on a machine dedicated to that brand.

  2. 02

    Connect the accounts

Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Shopify and the client’s other sources. If the client holds the access, send them a link: they sign in with their own account.

  3. 03

    Neo writes the memory

Brand Kit, products and customer voice, economics, brand platform, personas, events, then concepts for the three priority personas. Its questions come all together, at the end.

  4. 04

    Schedule the tasks

The Monday reviews, the monthly report, the alerts: pick the schedule, the Slack channel or the Gmail address. Neo shows you each task and waits for your yes.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Deliverables land right on schedule, in the client’s brand look, with a link to send them.

questions

What agencies ask us.

One workspace for all our clients?

Yes. A workspace holds the brands of all your clients, each with its own machine, memory and accounts. A chat, a board, a doc or a task can cover one client, or several clients in the same workspace to compare them.

Can our clients see the deliverables?

Yes. Any deliverable can be published as a web page: public for the client, who reads it without creating an account, or workspace-only. The page keeps the same address every time it updates. You can also send them the Google Slides, Sheets or Docs export, without your internal notes.

Docs →
Can deliverables carry the client’s brand look?

Yes. Each brand’s look (colors, fonts, logos) lives in its Brand Kit, the first section of its memory, and every export uses it. The Google file stays editable: you finish it and send it like any of your documents.

Can one client’s data show up for another?

Each client keeps its own machine, memory and accounts. A cross-brand deliverable only covers brands in your workspace: it reads each one’s numbers without merging their memories. When a client leaves, you remove its access, and its data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

How much does Neo cost for an agency?

Your price depends on the number of brands and modules, and we give it to you during the demo. The Freelance plan covers up to 5 brands; we build the Agency plan with you. On top of that comes the Claude subscription Neo runs on, paid directly to Anthropic.
