Neo reaches you where you already work.

Audits, briefs and reporting land in Slack or Gmail, right on schedule. Each message fits in a few lines, and every deliverable is one click away in Creaboost.

4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.

what lands where

Every deliverable has its channel, its time and its recipients.

What the team discusses lands in Slack. What gets read, forwarded or sent to a client lands in Gmail. Here is how Maison Lune has it set up.

deliverablewhenwherewhat the message says
Weekly cross-channel review Mon 9 AMSlack, #growthThe key figures, what moved, 3 to 5 dated decisions, the link to the review.

anatomy of a message

A message reads in a minute, the deliverable opens in one click.

Neo keeps it short in Slack: what the team needs to know before the week starts. Here is the Maison Lune Meta review, as it lands in #growth on Monday at 9 AM.

  • The numbers are those of the Creaboost dashboards, computed with the same formulas, and every message states its attribution.
  • Each decision fits on one line, with its check date. The rule and the steps are in the full review.
  • The steps are for your team, in Ads Manager. Neo has no write access to your ad accounts.

replying to neo

Ask in the thread, and Neo answers with the numbers.

Reply to Neo’s message in Slack, the way you would to a colleague. Neo answers in the thread, and the conversation shows up in the Creaboost chat, with the review as context.

  • Mention Neo in a channel to ask a question without waiting for the next review.
  • From Gmail, the link in every email opens the deliverable in Creaboost, where you pick up in the chat.

  • camille · 9:14 AM

“Why cut the duplicates instead of lowering the budget?”

The question, asked as a reply to the review, in the #growth thread.

  • neo · 9:15 AM

In a CBO, the campaign splits the budget.

Lowering it would also slow down “Ocre · Drop 2 · collection,” whose CPA was improving. The four duplicates spent $2,400 for 14 purchases, a CPA of ~$160, three times the benchmark. Paused, they hand that budget back.

  • creaboost · chat

The thread carries on in the chat.

The question and the answer join the review’s conversation, which the whole team finds in Creaboost.

settings

You choose where, for whom and at what time.

Every task has its own settings, and you change them with one sentence in the chat: “Also email the Meta alerts to Theo.”

  • channels

A channel, a direct message or an email.

A Slack channel for the team, a direct message for the person in charge, Gmail recipients. An alert can go to two places at once.

  • recipients

Each deliverable to the right person.

The review to the paid media team, Meta alerts to whoever runs the account, the reporting to the client, with its Slides link or web page.

  • quiet hours

Nothing at night, unless it’s urgent.

Alerts raised at night or over the weekend wait for the morning. A problem that stops delivery, like a declined payment, goes out right away.

  • brands

One channel per brand, or one for all.

An agency can post each client’s review in its own channel, or a cross-brand review in the agency’s channel.

Neo reads, analyzes and proposes. It has no write access to your ad accounts, and every decision stays yours.

connecting your tools

You connect your tools, and Neo checks each one.

Slack, Gmail, Google Slides, Docs and Sheets connect as Claude connectors, with your own accounts. So do Teams, Outlook, Notion and Google Drive. The “Guide me with Neo” button walks you through it in a few minutes.

  1. 01

    You add the connectors

In Claude, with the Claude account that runs Neo. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an admin adds them for the whole team.

  2. 02

You sign in with each tool

On Slack’s, Google’s or Microsoft’s own page, with your own account. Your passwords never go through Neo or Creaboost.

  3. 03

    Neo runs a harmless read

It lists a few Slack channels or a Drive folder to check access, and sends nothing without your OK.

  4. 04

    One status per tool

Verified, detected, to set up, error or can’t be verified. If a tool asks for confirmation before each send, Neo tells you: allow that channel ahead of time for your tasks.

questions

What people ask us about Slack and Gmail.

How do we connect Slack?

Add Slack as a Claude connector, then sign in with Slack using your own account. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an admin adds it for the team. Neo checks the connection by listing a few channels, then you pick the channels for each task.

Do we need to connect our Gmail inbox?

Neo’s emails reach the addresses you choose with nothing to connect. Connect Gmail as a Claude connector, with your own account, when an email should go out from your address, like a client’s reporting.

Does Neo see our passwords?

No. You sign in to each tool on its own page. Your credentials show up in no conversation, file, deliverable or log.

Security and access →
Does Neo read our Slack conversations?

Neo only reads the messages addressed to it: replies in its threads and messages that mention it. The rest of your channels is never passed to it.

Security and access →
Can we act from Slack, like pausing an ad set?

No. Neo has no write access to your ad accounts. Every decision comes with its steps, which your team applies in Ads Manager, and its check date, which Neo verifies in the next review.

Can the reporting go straight to the client?

Yes. The reporting goes out by email to the recipients you choose, with the link to the Google Slides in the client’s look or to the deliverable’s web page. You can also send it to yourself first, review it, then forward it.
