neo · tasks

Neo keeps working when you’re not.

Set a task up once and Neo handles the rest. Every Monday, the cross-channel review lands in Slack with 3 to 5 dated decisions, your dashboards update on the schedule you set, and Neo alerts you the moment an account runs into a problem.

4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.

what runs on its own

The tasks that run without you.

Every task runs a skill: what to look at, and how to judge it. The deliverable arrives on schedule, in the same format on every run.

methods

  • Monday reviews

review_orchestration runs one review per platform, each with 3 to 5 dated decisions, then the business review. You get one summary, with a link to each review. Same at the start of the month, on the closed month.

    The weekly review →
  • Paid media audit

Every quarter, paid_media_audit goes through every connected platform, names the main constraint on growth and compares it with the previous audit.

    The account audit →
  • Client reporting

Every month, each client’s report in Google Slides, in their brand’s look, updated in the same file, with a link to send them.

execution

  • Dashboards that stay current

Recurring tasks update all your dashboards on the schedule you set.

    Boards →
  • Alerts

Neo flags it the moment one of your accounts runs into a problem: a CPA running off, a budget gap, a declined payment, a rejected ad. An alert is a scheduled check that runs often, every hour or every few minutes, and only writes when the event happened.

data

  • Performance watch

Every week, performance_diagnosis reads the business signal and the top five campaigns of each platform. It only writes when a metric moves more than its usual swing over 90 days, and then delivers the cause and one fix.

    Explain a drop →
  • Concept fatigue

In every Meta review, fatigue is read on concepts and ad sets over 4 to 6 weeks: frequency up, hook rate and link CTR down, CPA up while spend holds, two weeks in a row.

    Creative analysis →

market

  • Competitive watch

Every Monday, competitor_watch writes the market watch: the new concepts, offers and formats of the brands you follow, and the ads that keep running. A full version on the first Monday of the month.

anatomy of a review

Every decision comes with its rule, its steps and its check date.

The Meta review sums up the week, breaks down the CPA, then keeps 3 to 5 decisions. Here is the first decision of the Maison Lune Meta review, as Neo posts it in Slack.

  • Neo tells noise from signal: under about 30 purchases, a number is too small to read, and no decision is made on a single day.
  • The steps are for your team, in Ads Manager. Neo has no write access to your ad accounts.
  • Alerts follow the same shape: the number that crossed the threshold, the likely cause, the proposed action.

A month at Maison Lune, task by task.

The schedule of a lingerie and maternity brand that sells through Meta and Google Ads. Each task has its own time, skill, channel and recipients.

creating a task

You create a task in one sentence, and Neo waits for your yes.

The tasks you create in the chat and the ones on Creaboost’s Automations page are the same: you’ll find them in both places.

  1. 01

    Describe it

In the chat, in your own words: “Every Monday at 9 AM, post the week’s reviews in #growth.” If a similar task already exists, Neo offers to change it rather than add a second one.

  2. 02

    Read it over

Neo shows you its name, its next runs, a summary of its prompt, its exports and its recipients.

  3. 03

    Say yes

Nothing is created, changed, run or deleted without your yes. You pause it, resume it or run it right away the same way.

  4. 04

    Follow it

Every run stays in the task’s history, with its status: succeeded, failed, deferred or timed out.

your tools

Every deliverable lands where your team already works.

Neo reaches you in Slack or Gmail, and every deliverable is one click away in Creaboost. Audits, briefs and reporting export to Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, in your brand’s look.

Deliverables and Google exports →
  • slack

    In a Slack channel

The review lands in the team’s channel, with the key numbers, what moved and the decisions. The details open in Creaboost.

  • gmail

    In Gmail

Alerts and reporting arrive by email, to the recipients you choose.

  • creaboost

    In Creaboost

Every deliverable is filed in Docs, and every board stays current in Boards.

  • google

In Google Slides, Sheets and Docs

Through your Google connectors. Client reporting goes out in Slides, budget tracking in Sheets, in the brand’s look, and every run updates the same file.

  • link

    As a web page

Any deliverable can be published as a web page, with a link to send your client. The page keeps its address from one run to the next.

settings

You choose what, when, where and for which brands.

Skills suggest a rhythm: Monday for the closed week, early in the month for the closed month. The final say is yours, task by task.

  • frequency

    At the time you set.

Every hour, every morning, every Monday, the 1st of the month: each task has its own frequency and time.

  • channel

    Where you want it.

A Slack channel, a direct message or a list of Gmail recipients. A task only writes to the destinations named in its prompt, or to your channel for that brand.

  • brands

    One brand or several.

A task covers one brand, or several brands in the same workspace: one review per client, or a cross-brand review for the whole agency.

  • thresholds

    Thresholds that fit each brand.

You set the threshold of each alert, brand by brand: +15% CPA for one, ROAS under 2.5 for another. The performance watch calibrates on each metric’s usual swing.

Neo reads, analyzes and proposes. It has no write access to your ad accounts, and every decision stays yours.

questions

What people ask us about Tasks.

How do I keep from drowning in alerts?

An alert only goes out when the threshold you set is crossed. The performance watch only writes when a metric moves more than its usual week-to-week swing over 90 days. The structure maps only write on a new high-severity finding, a budget split that moved by more than 20 points, or Spark Ads expiring within 7 days. On days with no problem, Neo stays quiet.

Can I create my own tasks?

Yes. Describe the task in the chat, in your own words: what Neo should do, how often, and where to deliver it. Reviews, audits, structure maps, watches and reports can all become a task; concepts and scripts are written on request. Neo shows you the task, waits for your yes, and you edit or pause it the same way.

What if a task fails?

Neo tells you why: a connector to reconnect from the Connectors page, a run that took too long, a run deferred because your Claude subscription hit its usage limit, or a source that’s down. A run that’s missing data stops cleanly: it keeps what’s done and says what’s missing. Each task’s history keeps its runs with their status: succeeded, failed, deferred or timed out.

What if a source isn’t up to date?

Meta and Shopify are read live. The other sources sync several times a day: the last Google Ads day is often partial, and TikTok stops the day before the sync. Neo states how far each channel’s data runs, and draws no conclusion from an incomplete day.

What does Neo do when data is missing?

It says so at the top of the deliverable, along with what it does instead. In the Maison Lune Meta review: with no target CPA in memory, the benchmark becomes the account average ($53 on 7-day click); with no Shopify store connected, no new customers and no MER; with no customer voice, the persona isn’t assessed. Every section you fill in makes the next review sharper.

Brand memory →
How much do tasks cost?

Tasks are included in Neo, with no per-task price. Like all of Neo’s work, they run on your team’s Claude subscription: when it hits its usage limit, the run is deferred. Only reading new Meta creatives uses AI credits.
