Deliverables ready to send, in your brand’s look.
Audits, briefs, concepts and reporting: Neo writes them with your numbers and its skills, files them in the brand’s Docs, and exports them to Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, or as files. Any deliverable can also be published as a web page, with a link to send your client.
4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.
what neo delivers
Every deliverable follows a skill and starts from your numbers.
A skill says what to look at, and how to judge it. Neo applies it to your accounts, your brand and the period you ask for, then delivers a document your team can review and send.
methods
Performance reviews
Every Monday and every month, a review per platform with 3 to 5 dated decisions, then the business review. From the Maison Lune Meta review: “Cut four duplicate ad sets that spent $2,400 for 14 purchases. Check on Oct 10.”
The weekly review →Paid media audit
Every connected platform, read on three pillars: data integrity, account structure, creative velocity and diversity. The audit names the main constraint, then ranks the next steps by impact.
The account audit →Next dollar
In the monthly business review, where the next 10% of budget should go, or come from, labeled as an estimate, with the numbers behind it.
Allocate the budget →
execution
Creative briefs and concepts
Persona × angle × offer, with the formats, the hooks and the flow of each ad, drawn from your customers’ own words, written on request. “7 p.m. The marks from the day are still there.” opens the concept for an underwire-free bralette.
Creative concepts →Client reporting
The monthly report in Google Slides, in the client brand’s look, ready to send.
Client reporting →
memory
Structure of each account
The map of each connected account, updated every week: four questions with a verdict, then the findings ranked by severity, each with why it matters.
Brand memory →Personas
For each persona: their problem, their desire, what makes them decide, their objections in their own words. Maison Lune has 25, including “the woman who tried period underwear once and leaked.”
Brand memory →
market
Competitive watch
The new concepts, offers and formats of the brands you follow, and the angles the market is saturating.

Ask for a deliverable in the chat, and it lands in Docs.
Neo builds the document and asks before saving it to the brand’s Docs. It publishes it as a web page if you ask: public for a client, or workspace only.
header line
Every deliverable says where it comes from on its first line.
Before the first number, a header line. You know what you’re reading, and on which data.
- skill
Who wrote it.
The skill that produced the deliverable, by name: meta_pilot, paid_media_audit, meta_account_structure_mapping.
- period
Over which period.
The week, the month or the 30 days read, and the period they’re compared with.
- sources
On which data.
The sources read and their attribution. Every number keeps its window: 7-day click, 1-day view.
- sync
Current as of when.
The date and time of the last sync. Meta and Shopify are read live, the other sources several times a day.
Every ad named in a deliverable is shown with its creative, so you see what’s being discussed.
boards and docs
A board keeps updating, a doc keeps the picture of the day.
Both are deliverables from Neo, and each has its job.
- boards
To keep track.
A board is live: it updates on the schedule you set and always shows the latest numbers. It’s what you steer with day to day.
- docs
To decide and hand over.
A doc is frozen: dated, versioned, signed by the skill that wrote it. It keeps the numbers of its period, and Neo builds on past docs to write the next ones.
Both count as deliverables. Each is one click away in Creaboost, and both can be published as a web page.
Each kind of deliverable has its own version rule.
When Neo redoes a deliverable, it follows the rule of its kind. Nothing gets overwritten without a trace.
| deliverable | when Neo redoes it | what you keep |
|---|---|---|
| Reviews | The review of a period is updated: never two different reviews for the same week. | One review per week and per month, each with its link. |
| Structure and memory sections | Each update becomes a new version. | Every version, to see what changed in the account from one week to the next. |
| Audits and diagnoses | The new one sits next to the earlier ones, and the audit is compared with the last one. | Every audit and every diagnosis, dated. |
One format for each use, the same content everywhere.
Google exports go through your own Google Slides, Sheets and Docs connectors, in the brand’s Drive folder when Neo knows it. Without them, Neo delivers a .pptx, .xlsx or .docx file, or an .html page.
| format | for | what it brings |
|---|---|---|
| Slides or .pptx | presenting in a meeting | Action titles: each title is the sentence the slide proves, with its number. The speaker notes carry the reasoning. |
| Sheets or .xlsx | filtering and reusing the numbers | Real numbers, filters, a Summary tab first. |
| Docs or .docx | reading, commenting, editing | Real headings and real tables, with the open questions left in for comments. |
| Web page (.html) | opening on a phone, forwarding, printing | Readable on a phone and printable. Public for a client, or workspace only. |
An export changes the form, never the content: same numbers, same window, same attribution. In the look of the brand’s Brand Kit; without a Brand Kit, a neutral layout, stated on the first page.
export and share
From the request to the link in your client’s inbox, in four steps.
01
Ask
In the chat or through a scheduled task: “Run the October paid media audit.” Neo writes the doc with your numbers and its skill.
02
Review
The doc opens in Creaboost. Ask for a change in the chat, and Neo updates the doc.
03
Export
To Google Slides, Sheets or Docs, in the brand’s colors and fonts. A task updates the same file on every run, keeping its title and sharing.
04
Share
Publish the doc as a web page and send the link to your client: they read it without creating an account. The page keeps its address from one period to the next.

questions
What people ask us about Docs.
Can I edit a deliverable before sending it?
Yes. Ask for the change in the chat, in your own words: Neo updates the deliverable. Once exported to Google Slides, Sheets or Docs, the file can also be edited directly in Google, like any other document.
Do we need to connect our Google accounts?
To export to Google Slides, Sheets or Docs, yes: you connect your own Google accounts to Claude, and Neo creates the file on your side. Without a Google connector, Neo delivers a .pptx, .xlsx or .docx file, or an .html page.
Does the export keep my brand guidelines?
Yes. The look comes from the Brand Kit, a section of the brand memory: colors, fonts, logos, slide and spreadsheet themes. Every export applies it, so an agency gets each client’s own look. Without a Brand Kit, Neo exports in a neutral layout, says so on the first page and offers to build the Brand Kit.
Brand memory →Who can see a published page?
You choose for each page: public, for a client, readable by anyone with the link and no account; or workspace only, for the team. A doc stays private to the workspace until you publish it. An export meant for a client leaves out internal notes and ids.
Security and access →Which languages does Neo write in?
The language of your request, or the language of the brand’s market for a task: English, French and the other languages Claude handles. The brand’s Lexicon applies to every deliverable and every export, and metric names stay in English.
