Creaboost

use case · plan and deliver

Neo draws your next creative concepts from your customers’ own words.

Three concepts per persona, each on a different angle, with two or three formats and five to eight hooks: Neo starts from your brand’s products and customer voice, its personas and its events. What it doesn’t know, it asks you.

4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.

the question, the answer

Three concepts for one persona, each on its own angle, with hooks written on three layers.

Camille asks for November’s concepts for P12, a persona no active concept reaches. Neo reads the persona card, the products and customer voice, the events and the ads already running, then answers.

Three concepts for P12, one per angle, in “idea” status until you choose.

P12 tried it, leaked, and went back to tampons. Neo writes three concepts on three angles: the objection, the problem, the price. A concept = a persona × an angle × an offer; a new background or a new creator makes a variant of the same concept.

the concepts, card by card

  1. P12-C01

“The guilty detergent”: her first pair most likely leaked because of fabric softener.

Angle: an answer to “I already tried, it doesn’t work for me.” Offer: the kit of four, from $27 a pair. Promise: a heavy day without checking every hour, because four cotton layers absorb as much as 3 to 4 tampons, as long as softener doesn’t clog them.

hook 1 · problem agitation · creator to camera

    what we see
A creator at her desk, glancing down at her chair.
    what we hear
“Two years ago, I leaked at the office. That same night, I was buying tampons again.”
    text on screen
Two years of tampons, because of a detergent.

    more hooks, 2 of 6

    • myth-busting · “The reason you leaked might be in your laundry cabinet.”
    • specific proof · “4 layers of cotton. As much as 3 to 4 tampons. One enemy: fabric softener.”

    • status · idea
  2. P12-C02

“Nights without waking up”: 3 a.m., the second time up to change protection.

Angle: problem agitation, at night. Offer: the overnight underwear, $42. Promise: a full night without getting up, for the woman who still puts a towel on the sheet.

  3. P12-C03

“The math”: two years of disposable protection, against the price of the kit.

Angle: the truth about price. Offer: the kit of four, from $27 a pair, about two years of wear. No tracked competitor shows this math, and 38 reviews talk about it.

    hooks, 2 of 6

    • “Here’s what you spend in two years.”
    • “Tampons: every month. Underwear: every two years.”

    • awareness · solution aware
    • page · kit product page
    • bet · exploration

Every candidate passes six filters: new, grounded, differentiated, provable, compliant, available. Customer quotes stay word for word; using them in ads requires the consent of the brand and of the customers concerned.

to confirm before productionThe kit of four’s restock date for November isn’t in the memory, so Neo asks you for it instead of assuming it. Also to check: the “3 to 4 tampons” equivalence as written on the product page, and the consent of the customers quoted.

testing plan

  1. 01

One ad set per concept, starting with “The guilty detergent.”

rule A concept is judged at the level of its ad set, never on a single ad; its hooks compete inside it.

    live Nov 2 · read Nov 16
  2. 02

Launch P12 once P14-C02 has stopped.

rule P12 and P14, the woman who has never tried, belong to the same family: their concepts run in separate ad sets, never at the same time.

    P14-C02 stops Nov 1
  3. 03

Test P12’s three angles before changing the offer.

rule The testing order: angle, then offer, then persona, then format.

how Neo gets there

The persona first, then the angle, the offer and the hooks.

  • data

What’s already running, so it doesn’t get made twice.

Neo reads your active Meta ads live, and the sheet of each video that carries spend: angle, persona, offer and hook. It never proposes a concept that already exists, live or stopped.

  • skill · creative_concept_generation

Three concepts per persona, and six filters before writing one.

A different angle for each concept, two or three formats, five to eight hooks across at least three types, each written on three layers: what we see, what we hear, the text on screen. Every candidate has to be new, grounded, differentiated, provable, compliant and available.

  • memory · Maison Lune

The persona, the products and customer voice, the events.

The persona card (problem, desire, trigger, objections, their words), the permanent offers in products and customer voice, the current offers and their end dates in events. A missing date becomes a question.

what you get

Concepts ready to script, then tracked once they’re live.

The concepts land in the chat in “idea” status. You keep the ones you want, Neo saves them in Docs, then your team moves their status along, from “approved” to “winner” or “stopped.”

  • docs

    The concepts doc, dated.

One card per concept: persona, angle, offer, awareness stage, landing page, formats, hooks, bet and status. Exported to Google Docs or Slides in the brand’s look.

  • chat

The script for each concept, on request.

Nine beats, five to eight hooks, the primary text and headline, for the creator or the studio.

  • create

The statics, in your brand’s look.

Your team produces each concept’s visuals in Create, in every format.

  • boards

    The new concepts board.

Hook rate, CPA and spend for each concept, read at ad set level, updated every morning.

questions

What people ask us about concepts.

Where do the hooks come from?

From your customers’ words: the persona card and the quotes in products and customer voice, drawn from your reviews, your FAQ and your ads. Neo quotes them word for word; using them in ads requires your consent and that of the customers concerned.

How many concepts at a time?

Three per persona by default, each on a different angle. When a concept wins, half of the next ones change a single one of its dimensions and the other half explore. To read a result cleanly, Neo tests a persona’s angles before changing the offer.

What if my brand memory is empty?

Products and customer voice, then the personas, are built during onboarding from your reviews, your FAQ and your active ads, and Neo already writes concepts there for your three priority personas. Whatever is missing, the answer says so.

Can we get new concepts every month, as a task?

Concepts are written when you ask for them, because a new concept starts from a choice your team makes. What you schedule is their tracking: the new concepts board and the Monday Meta review.

Does Neo produce the creatives?

Neo writes the concept, the hooks and, on request, the script. Your team, your creators or your studio shoot the videos, and Create turns out the statics in your brand’s look. Neo publishes nothing in your ad accounts.
