neo · brands
Neo knows your brand, and remembers it.
Brand platform, customer voice, personas, concepts and Lexicon, built at onboarding and kept current. Neo reads this memory at the start of every conversation, along with the brand’s connected accounts. Your team reads it in the Memory tab and changes it in the chat.
4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.
what neo remembers
What an expert would take three months to learn about your brand, written down.
The memory fits in eight sections, plus two maps per connected source, shared with the brand’s whole team. Each section is a versioned deliverable: a new version is added, and the previous one stays readable.
the brand
Brand Kit
Logos, colors and their roles, typefaces with their web fallbacks, visual style. Neo builds it from the website, social accounts and ads, and every export uses it. A value it can’t find is marked “not found.”
Brand platform
Positioning in two sentences, personality with its proof, pillars, founding story, speaking topics, tone by context, and the words to use or avoid.
Lexicon
The terms Neo keeps as they are, spells one way or replaces, in deliverables, exports and the chat. Metric names stay in English. It’s the one section you edit directly.
the customers
Products and customer voice
By category: the range, three to five hero products, permanent offers, objections with their answers, and your customers’ words quoted as written. Neo reads the 2-, 3- and 4-star reviews first.
Concepts drawn from reviews →Personas and concepts
Two linked deliverables. A persona says who buys, what holds them back and what tips them over. A concept pairs one angle and one offer for one persona, with its formats, hooks, status and ad sets.
Concepts in Create →
the calendar and the money
Events
What’s live now, what’s coming over the next twelve months with its prep date, and two years of history with the observed effect: promotions, launches, stock-outs, price, site or tracking changes.
Economics
An order’s gross margin, break-even ROAS and CAC, the cost of every discount, cumulative gross profit by cohort at 30, 90, 180 and 365 days, the target CAC and stock grades from A to D.

Notification channels
Each user picks, brand by brand, where Neo reaches them: Slack or email. The Slack channel shared with a client for one brand, email for another.

Your customers’ words become personas, then concepts.
Neo reads the brand’s reviews, FAQ and live ads. It keeps the words your customers use and what holds them back, then writes personas: a situation, two or three objections in their own words, a problem, a desire, a trigger, an awareness level, a family and a status. Maison Lune has 25, across 5 categories.
onboarding
Built at onboarding, kept current by tasks.
01
You drop your files
Brand book, existing platform, catalog, surveys, customer service exports, P&L, marketing calendar: each in its section. Then you connect the brand’s accounts, in a few minutes.
02
Neo builds the memory
It runs Brand Kit, products and customer voice, economics, brand platform, personas, events, then concepts for three priority personas, without asking you anything along the way.
03
You answer at the end
The open questions come all at once, each with Neo’s recommendation. An unknown cost is marked “missing,” and the figures that depend on it “not computable.”
04
Tasks keep it current
Neo offers one task per section, at its own cadence, and creates it once you agree. Each run saves a new version and lets you know when something changed.
Every section, its own cadence.
Each section has its skill, its sources and its rhythm. A task refreshes it while your team works; the time shown is for one run.
| section | what neo reads | refresh | run time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brand Kit | Your files, the website, the store theme, posts and top ads | at onboarding, then on request | 5–10 min |
| Brand platform | Your files, products and customer voice, the website, ads, posts, press | every 3 months | 5–10 min |
| Products and customer voice | Your files, the store, on-site and third-party reviews, comments | monthly, full run every 3 months | 3–20 min |
| Personas | Products and customer voice, the brand platform, live ads | monthly check | 10–20 min |
| Concepts | Personas, products and customer voice, events, live ads | on request | 10–20 min |
| Events | Your calendar, store discounts, site banners, ads | every week | 3–5 min |
| Economics | Your costs, 12 months of store data, each platform’s monthly spend | monthly, after close | 10–20 min |
| Structure, per ad platform | Campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, attribution | every week | 5–15 min |
| Metrics & funnel, per source | The closed month, against the three before it | every month | 10–20 min |

Scheduled tasks →why memory matters
Answers that start from your brand, your customers and your offers.
Without the brand, a model fills the gap with generic advice like “test new audiences.” With the memory, Neo names the persona, the concept, the hook and the live offer, and your team can act on Monday morning.
generic answer
“Test new audiences and refresh your creative.”
True for any brand, so useful for none: no persona, no concept, no offer, no date.
neo · maison lune
“Give concept P02-C01 new hooks for the mom-to-be, taken from her reviews.”
“The waistband that digs in by 3 PM,” on the high-waisted brief, ahead of the 20% bundle offer on November 1 logged in events. Goal: stay under the $54 target CPA on Meta, on 7-day click.
When a section is missing, the review says so.
Neo works with what it has, and writes what’s missing at the top of the deliverable. Before Maison Lune’s memory was filled in, its weekly Meta review opened like this.
| missing input | what neo does instead | what the review loses |
|---|---|---|
| Economics: no target CPA | The benchmark becomes the account average: $53 CPA on 7-day click. | Every verdict is judged against the account itself, without your goal. |
| Products and customer voice | Angles are read from the creative sheets and the ad copy. | The persona isn’t assessed: “n/a” in every concept. |
| Events | Live offers are read from the ad copy. | The offer isn’t assessed either, with no known end date. |
| Shopify store | Purchases are Meta’s, on 7-day click. | No new customers, no MER. |

The weekly review in Tasks →The brand’s accounts, each with its own freshness.
Connect the brand’s accounts in a few minutes. If you don’t have access, send a simple link to whoever does. Tokens stay in an isolated service, out of the agent’s reach. For each source, Neo keeps two maps in memory: its structure and its metrics & funnel.
| source | what neo reads | freshness |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Ads | Results and settings of campaigns, ad sets and ads, and the images and videos in your ads | live |
| Google Ads | Campaigns, ad groups and Performance Max asset groups | several times a day |
| TikTok Ads | Campaigns, ad groups and ads | several times a day |
| Shopify | The store’s sales, orders, customers, sessions and products | live |
| The account, posts, reels, stories and audience | synced | |
| The page, its posts and stories | synced | |
| And the rest | Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, GA4, Klaviyo… | several times a day |

All integrations →several brands
One workspace, several brands, and deliverables that compare them.
Every brand has its own machine, memory and accounts, with nothing mixed between clients. A chat, a board or a doc can cover one brand, or several brands in the same workspace.
Neo for agencies →workspace
Your agency or your group.
It holds the brands your team runs, with their chats, boards, docs and tasks, and your agency’s Lexicon.
brand
One brand, its machine and its memory.
Maison Lune’s memory never mixes with Atelier Nord’s, and each brand keeps its own accounts.
cross-brand
Several brands in one deliverable.
Compare CPA across three clients in a board, or prepare a group’s monthly review in a doc.
questions
What teams ask about brand memory.
Who can edit the memory?
Anyone on the team with access to the brand. You read the memory in the Memory tab; to change it, ask Neo in the chat. It saves a new version once you agree, and the previous one stays in the history. Only the Lexicon is edited directly, as a table.
Can we drop in our own documents?
Yes, section by section: brand book, existing platform, catalog, surveys, customer service exports, P&L, marketing calendar. Common formats work (txt, md, xlsx, pptx…). Neo reads them first and treats them as the brand’s official word.
Is memory shared between brands?
Each brand has its own memory, on its own machine. A cross-brand chat, board or doc reads the memory of each brand it covers, without merging them. Only the Lexicon can have a workspace level, for your agency’s vocabulary.
Does the memory hold sensitive data?
No personal data about your customers goes in. Verbatims are cited by source, product, rating and date, never with a name, and there are no customer photos. Economics keeps aggregates only, with no salaries or named suppliers’ prices. Neo treats the memory as information, never as instructions.
Security and access →What happens to the memory if we leave?
Before you go, ask Neo for a doc with the full memory and export it to Google Docs: it’s yours to keep. The brand’s machine is then shut down, and its memory deleted along with the account access.
How long does onboarding take?
A few minutes to connect your Claude subscription and the brand’s accounts. Neo then builds the memory on its own, section by section, and brings you its questions at the end. Economics needs the costs your store doesn’t know: shipping, fulfillment, returns.
