Creaboost

use case · analyze

Every Monday, Neo reads your market and turns it into concept ideas.

Neo reads the ads of the brands you track in the public ad libraries: what they launch, stop or keep running. On the first Monday of the month, it adds the market map, angles and offers marked saturated, contested or white space, and the ideas your brand can back with proof.

4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.

the question, the answer

The month’s market, read side by side with your concepts.

On the first Monday of October, the full market watch lands by email. Camille asks Neo what Maison Lune should take from it.

Comfort is saturated, the math is white space, and the gift season has started.

Three competitors out of five promise the same wire-free comfort, in superlatives. No one shows what a piece replaces over a year, while your customers talk about it in their reviews. Coton Clair opens the gift season six weeks earlier than last year.

the market map

  1. saturated

Wire-free comfort: everyone promises it, in superlatives.

Brume, Mira and Sève repeat the same promise, “the most comfortable,” “like a second skin.” The market is at the enlarged-claim stage; no one explains why the bralette holds.

    • Brume · Mira · Sève
    • stage · enlarged claim
  2. winner signal

Brume has kept the same “up to a G cup” video live since August, and keeps adding variations.

Live for 64 days, with 4 variations running, one of them launched this week. Hypothesis: Brume is paying for it. Your brand inherits neither its recognition nor its proof.

    • 4 variations
    • hypothesis
  3. contested

“Zero waste”: Ondine and Coton Clair share it.

Ondine opened it with a period underwear kit as an early Black Friday deal; Coton Clair picked it up for its organic cotton pajamas.

    • Ondine · Coton Clair
    • Meta and TikTok
  4. white space

The math over a year: no competitor shows it.

No one compares the price of a pair with what it replaces over two years. Your customers’ reviews mention it, and your concept P12-C03, “The math,” plans for it.

  5. calendar

Coton Clair opens the gift season six weeks earlier than last year.

Matching mother-and-child pajamas, launched October 1; last year, the market waited until mid-November. Your gift concepts start on Nov 16 in your events.

Saturated: half of the tracked competitors or more. Contested: two. White space: one or none. Counted on the concepts active over the last 30 days.

what the watch can’t seeCompetitors’ spend, reach and conversions: the libraries don’t publish them, and Neo never turns a creative count into a spend estimate. TikTok creatives are described from their text.

ideas for your concepts

  1. 01

Write “The math” for period underwear: the angle is open, and you can prove it.

rule An open angle becomes an idea only when the brand holds the proof: from $27 a pair in a pack, about two years of wear, and the reviews that say so.

  2. 02

On comfort, enter one stage above the market: show the band that makes the bralette hold.

rule When the market repeats claims, you come in with the mechanism. Your concept P01-C03, “It’s the band that holds,” already does it.

  3. 03

Keep your offers, without following Mira’s discount or Ondine’s early deal.

rule Never match a competitor’s discount. A promotion goes through your events and your peak sale plan, within your margins.

    Black Friday · Nov 27
  4. 04

Move your gift concepts up to November 2, if you confirm the date.

rule A calendar signal is proposed for your events; you confirm it, then your concepts get ready. The competitor’s ad is never reused.

how Neo gets there

Your market’s ads, read with your brand’s memory.

  • market · ad libraries

Neo reads the ads of the brands you track itself.

Three to six competitors and two to four inspiring brands, read in the Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit ad libraries and in Google Ads Transparency. Meta creatives are read image by image and video by video. A Discover digest or ads you share take over when a brand slips through.

  • method · competitor_watch

Concepts, signals, and a map of the market.

Each ad is filed under a concept: persona × angle × offer. An ad live for 30 days is a long-runner; 60 days and at least 3 variations make a winner signal, always written as a hypothesis. Every angle and every offer is marked saturated, contested or white space.

  • memory · Maison Lune

An idea only counts if your brand can prove it.

Neo checks each open angle against your personas, concepts, products, customer voice and events. No proof in the memory, no idea. It never reuses a competitor’s copy, script, visual or structure.

questions

What people ask us about competitor research.

How does Neo see my competitors’ ads?

It reads them itself in the public ad libraries: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Google Ads Transparency, looking each brand up by its exact advertiser. When a brand slips through, a Discover digest or ads you share in the chat take over, and the watch says which source served each brand.

Can I find out what a competitor spends?

The libraries publish no spend, reach or results, and Neo never turns a creative count or a run time into a spend estimate. An ad that stays live a long time and keeps getting variations gives a signal, written as a hypothesis.

Does Neo reuse the ads that work for others?

Never. No competitor copy, script, visual or structure is reused with your product. Neo draws gaps to fill from them, backed by your proof, and never recommends matching a competitor’s discount.

What does the watch cost?

Reading a new Meta creative costs one AI credit; a sheet already read is free. Neo reads the new creatives and the long-runners, ten to twenty per brand per watch, without reading the whole library.

Can I share the watch with a client?

Yes. The watch exports to Google Docs or Slides, or is published as a page shared by link.
