Neo plans your UGC creators and shows which ones carry your results.
The creator profiles each persona needs, how many ads a week, one brief per concept and creator, the rights to secure. Then, every month, results by creator and by format, judged at concept and ad set level. Your team reaches out, signs and pays.

program of Nov 2 by creator_program · November · Meta · full plan · roster and rates of Oct 30, Black Friday plan of Oct 27
Eight versions a week, two creators per concept in test, one creator to replace.
At about $97,000 a month on Meta, the program aims for eight versions a week: two ideas, two hooks, two opening visuals. In October, 29 creator ads went live out of 34 planned. P01 has only one creator: a profile to find. First cycle: briefs out Friday, Nov 6, ads ready Nov 13 for Black Friday.

In her thirties, talking to camera at home: she carries P12 and “The math.”
Her ads keep the largest share of spend in their ad sets, at target CPA. In November: the three P12 concepts, and the Black Friday versions of her winners.

In her forties, an E cup: P01’s only creator.
Her video body holds, her hooks are wearing out: hook rate 22% in September, 16% in October. She shoots two new visual hooks on the same body before any new concept.

Every concept in test has at least two creators, so you can tell whether an ad wins on the message or on the face. Neo looks for good light and ease on camera, whatever the follower count.

November volume: about 34 creator ads, three quarters on net-new concepts, one quarter as new hooks on winners, including 12 of the 48 Black Friday ads. The account’s reference, one new ad a month per $1,000 spent, calls for about 90: the rest comes from statics and the founder’s videos.
not assessedRates for CR‑05, who joined in October, are missing: November’s cost per usable ad is computed without her. CR‑03’s rights do not say whether they cover the site and email. TikTok is not connected yet.
decisions
- 01
Replace CR‑04 with a new creator in test, on “The math,” which won with CR‑01.
rule Two briefs and no winner on concepts that won elsewhere: the face is the variable left. The same script shot by two creators is the cleanest read of a creator’s effect.
brief Nov 6 · read end of November - 02
Get CR‑02’s partnership access signed before relaunching her winner.
rule Every creator ad runs from the brand’s page and from the creator’s, side by side in the concept’s ad set.
before Nov 13 - 03
Extend CR‑03’s usage rights past Dec 31, on raw footage as well as edits.
rule A winner runs for months, sometimes more than a year: time-limited rights are a risk. Rights on raw footage let you recombine hooks and bodies later.
before Dec 1 - 04
Shoot Black Friday versions of the six winners, with the offer in the first three seconds.
rule During a sale, evergreen ads keep running; the offer versions go into ad sets of their own.
briefs Nov 6 · ads ready Nov 13 - 05
Read a creator ad only past $510 of spend, and decide at the ad set level.
rule Below 4× the average order value, an ad’s signals are noise. Above it, hook rate and hold rate are read against the ad set’s median; keep or stop is decided for the ad set and the concept.

how Neo gets there
Faces that look like your buyers, and ads read at the right level.
- data
Every ad tied to its creator.
Meta is read live, with one tag per creator, per format and per concept. Neo reads your Meta creatives: the hook, the format, and who appears on screen. It also looks at collab posts on Instagram. Roster, rates and contracts come from the files you upload.
- skill · creator_program
A small, stable core, with the strategy kept by your team.
Creators are paid for being great on camera; hooks, scripts and shot lists come from the brief. At least two creators per concept in test, one or two new ones each month. Volume follows spend: around $30,000 to $100,000 a month, about eight versions a week. Never an AI avatar giving a testimonial.
- memory · Maison Lune
Personas, concepts and the brand’s voice.
Each persona’s age, life stage and words, to find creators who look like them. The concepts and their scripts, where every brief starts. The claims to handle with care, which the creator says word for word. Rates, counted in marketing spend.
A program in Docs, one brief per page, and the review every month.
The program lands in the chat and is saved in Docs. Your team reviews the briefs and sends them; Neo contacts no one.

questions
What teams ask us about creators.
Does Neo contact creators?
Neo plans, briefs and evaluates. It contacts no creator, sends or signs no contract, pays no one, and has no write access to your ad accounts. Your team reviews the briefs, sends them and negotiates.
How does Neo know who is in which ad?
Through one tag per creator, or your naming convention. On Meta, creative reading also tells who appears on screen; each new creative read costs AI credits. Without tags, Neo says so under what was not assessed.
Do we need creators with big followings?
Neo looks for profiles that look like your buyers, act naturally on camera and show good light in their public videos, whatever their follower count: it says nothing about how an ad will perform.
What about TikTok?
A Spark Ad runs on an authorization code that expires. Neo records every date and flags those ending within 30 days on an ad that still spends, within 7 days as urgent. Creative reading covers Meta today.
Does Neo judge a creator on one ad’s ROAS?
Never on one ad, one day, or under 4× the average order value of spend. Neo reads a creator’s ads by creator, by format and against the ad set’s median, on 7-day click for Meta; keep or stop is decided for the ad set and the concept.
