Monday’s organic review flagged a reel. The next day, Camille wants to know what to post more of before Black Friday.

Two reel series drive your breakouts: post more of them, and run “three washes” as an ad.

The Oct 6 reel gets 2.4 times the reel median in shares, on a topic your ads don’t use yet. Product photos mostly reach your followers, and maternity, one of the three topics in your brand platform, hasn’t appeared in a single post in 90 days.

feed approachThe account posts in waves: product photos all year round and spikes around sales. Its breakouts come from two reel series, and the share of views from non-followers is falling: Neo recommends focusing the feed on those series.

  1. series · three washes

The underwear after three washes, filmed in one take.

Five reels since Aug 25, on the brand platform’s “periods without fear” topic, for P12. Two of five episodes broke out, including the one from Oct 6. One question keeps coming up in the comments: where to buy the three-pack.

  3. carousels · sizing

Saved a lot, shared little: useful content that didn’t travel.

Seven carousels answering sizing questions from the comments. Saves at 2.1 times the carousel median, views at 0.6 times: the first slide gives no reason to swipe.

  4. product photos

Eleven photos, seen mostly by your followers.

Single images rarely reach people who don’t follow you: 9% of their views, against 52% on reels. They make up 37% of the period’s posts.

    • views from non-followers · 9%
  5. missing topic · maternity

Maternity, one of your brand topics, is missing from the feed.

The brand platform makes it one of its three topics, and the maternity line brings 18% of sales. No post in 90 days. The Nov 5 shoot is logged in Events.

Medians computed on Instagram posts published since Jul 22, at least 7 days old, format by format. A post is read on its shares and saves per 1,000 reach, never on follower count.

not assessedThe reel videos aren’t watched: creative reading covers Meta ads only, so Neo describes each reel from its caption and cover. A post’s non-follower split only exists in the Instagram app: upload the insights screenshot of the Oct 6 reel. The Facebook page has too few posts in the period for a median.

Ad candidate: the “three washes” reel of Oct 6, as a new concept for P12.

rule A breakout older than 7 days, with shares and saves above the median, on a topic your ads don’t use yet: every P12 ad runs “The math.” Video shot by the team, rights cleared. Your team builds the ad.

  2. 02

Keep “Three washes” going weekly through episode 8 before judging it.

rule A series is judged on its episodes together, after about eight. It has five: too early to double down, enough to keep going.

Redo the first slide of the “Fitting-room questions” carousels, and shoot the most-saved question as a reel.

rule Saves above the median with weak views: rework the opening and the format before changing the topic.

Open the maternity topic with behind-the-scenes from the Nov 5 shoot, as the first episode of a series.

rule A brand platform topic missing from the posts is the first gap to name. Behind-the-scenes of a shoot often beats the finished visual.

how Neo gets there

Your account as the only benchmark, and every post tied to your brand.

  • data

Instagram and Facebook, synced by Creaboost.

Every post, reel and story, the account and page insights, the share of views from non-followers and who follows you. Shopify live for the sessions and orders that come from Instagram and Facebook, read next to the posts and never added to them.

  • skill · organic_social_pilot

Each post against the median of its format.

Benchmarks come from the account’s own history over 90 days, never from other brands. A post is judged after 7 days, a series after about eight episodes, and every piece on its job: reach new people, engage your followers, or sell. No posting quota.

  • memory · Maison Lune

Your topics, your personas, your concepts.

Each post is tied to a brand platform topic, a persona and, when it carries one, a concept. Events give the launches and shoots; the Meta review, the concepts already running as ads.

questions

What people ask us about organic social.

Does Neo post on our accounts?

Neo reads and recommends. It never publishes, edits, deletes or boosts a post, never replies to a comment and never creates an ad. Your team posts, and builds the ads in Ads Manager.

Does Neo watch our videos?

Neo’s creative reading covers Meta ads today, images and videos. For an organic post, Neo describes the content from its caption, its cover and a carousel’s images, and says so. When the post also runs as a Meta ad, it uses the ad’s sheet.

Why not compare us with other brands?

Benchmarks come from your account: each format’s median over 90 days, or 180 when a format has fewer than 10 posts. Brands you track in the market watch give ideas for formats and hooks, never a performance benchmark.

Is the organic review part of the Monday review?

It runs as a task of its own: a light review every Monday on the closed week, a full review early each month. The Monday review of your ad platforms doesn’t include it today; both land in the same channel.

Which networks does Neo read?

Today, your Instagram account and your Facebook page: posts, reels, Stories, account and page insights, and who follows you on Instagram. Store sales from those two networks are read alongside when Shopify is connected.

Does Neo see our community’s data?

Deliverables hold aggregates only: no commenter’s name or handle, no direct message. A comment that keeps coming up becomes a post idea, without quoting who wrote it.
