Creaboost

use case · beyond paid ads

Neo measures where you stand in Google and in AI assistants, and ranks what to fix.

What organic search really brings in, brand and non-brand apart, the demand map, your product feed and key pages, then your presence in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews, engine by engine. A plan ranked by ICE score, and an audit every quarter.

4,000 advertisers and agencies already use Creaboost.

audit of Oct 9 by seo_ai_search · full audit · France · July → September 2026 vs. 2025 · panel collected Oct 5–7

Google finds you by name, rarely by category, and AI assistants barely cite you.

Organic search brings 14% of the quarter’s net sales, almost all on the brand name. Outside the brand, your collections rank between 4th and 15th and miss the product grids. First actions: the feed, the three-pack price in the HTML, then the two key collections.

the reading, in the audit’s order

  1. measurement

Search Console hides 44% of clicks.

Every query-level figure reads as a sample, cross-checked with the store. 3.1% of impressions come from bots (queries of ten words or more with no click) and are removed. Assistants brought 210 sessions and 9 orders from chatgpt.com and perplexity.ai: upside, and no measure of your visibility.

    • filtered · 44%
    • bots · 3.1%
    • assistants · 9 orders
  2. brand · non-brand

The brand name carries almost every click.

Brand clicks are up 18% year over year. Non-brand clicks are down 11% at a steady position, mostly on questions (“how to choose period underwear”): AI Overviews answer them without a click.

    • brand · +18%
    • non-brand · −11%
    • position · steady
  3. demand map

Your category queries land on the wrong page.

“period underwear heavy flow” lands on a blog post, “G cup bralette” on the home page. Twelve non-brand queries rank between 4th and 15th: the closest to the results assistants draw from.

    • 12 queries · positions 4 to 15
    • collections with copy · 2 of 5
  4. technical basics and feed

An incomplete feed, and a price agents can’t see.

38% of products without GTIN and 11 disapproved in Merchant Center. The three-pack price is rendered by an app: missing from the HTML. robots.txt lets Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot in.

    • GTIN · 38% missing
    • disapproved · 11
    • server · 340 ms, indicative
  5. AI visibility

ChatGPT names you 4 times out of 90, Perplexity never.

30 questions, each asked three times per engine by your team. Ondine and Brume are named first; for them, the assistants cite two magazine roundups, Reddit threads and YouTube tests. Gemini names you without a link.

    • ChatGPT · 4/90
    • Gemini · 2/90
    • Perplexity · 0/90
    • AI Overviews · 0/90
  6. off-site signals

Fewer reviews, and no test videos.

Google: 4.6 on 212 reviews, against 1,900 for Ondine. No test of your underwear on YouTube, while the assistants cite your competitors’.

    • reviews · 212
    • Ondine · 1,900
    • YouTube · 0 tests

Every AI visibility figure carries its engine, number of runs and period: never one blended score, never a single run.

not assessedGA4 isn’t connected: sessions come from the store. The team didn’t collect AI Mode. No tool measures your presence in the product grids: Neo infers it from the feed.

how Neo gets there

Measurement first, then what engines can read, then what they say about you.

  • data

The store live, your Search Console and Merchant Center exports.

Shopify live: sessions, orders and sales by channel and landing page, over 16 months. Search Console and Merchant Center once connected, or the exports you upload: queries, pages, feed diagnostics. GA4 when it’s connected. Neo also reads your site: robots.txt, sitemap and the HTML of key pages.

  • market

The assistants, through your tracker or your team.

The panel’s answers come from your prompt tracker’s export, or from your team asking the 20 to 40 questions at least three times per engine. Neo can’t open the assistants itself. It reads reviews, Reddit, YouTube and the press on your category.

  • skill · seo_ai_search

    Get found, then get cited.

A page engines can’t read can’t be cited. Brand and non-brand always apart, Search Console cross-checked with the store, each engine read on its own. A plan ranked by ICE score, in three buckets: proven, learning, bets.

what you get

An audit every quarter, a light check every month.

The audit arrives in the chat and is saved to Docs. Neo recommends; your team changes the site and the feed and runs the off-site work.

The SEO and AI search audit.

Organic performance, Search Console quality, brand and non-brand, demand map, technical basics and feed, key pages, visibility per engine, off-site signals, ranked plan and measurement plan.

  • docs · measurement

Three layers, read together every month.

Exposure (non-brand impressions, presence per engine), behavior (brand searches, direct traffic, post-purchase survey answers), outcome (organic sessions, orders and sales from the store).

  • tasks

The monthly check, the quarterly audit.

Each month, measurement, key pages and the brand-facts questions; each quarter, the full audit. For AI visibility, upload your tracker export or the panel answers before the task runs; without them, the task reports it as not measured.

  • brands · memory

    Your exports, quarter after quarter.

Each run reads the latest exports uploaded and says which ones are missing or out of date.

questions

What people ask us about SEO and AI search.

Does Neo read Search Console and Merchant Center?

Yes: once connected, they are synced several times a day. You can also upload your exports to the brand’s memory: the Search Console Performance report over 16 months (queries, pages, countries, devices, dates) and the Merchant Center product diagnostics. Without Search Console, the audit still runs, without a demand map or a brand and non-brand split, and says so.

Can Neo query ChatGPT or Perplexity?

Neo can’t open the assistants itself. It builds the question panel; the answers come from your prompt tracker’s export, or from your team asking each question at least three times per engine, in a fresh session. Without either, Neo checks the brand facts with its own web search and reports AI visibility as not measured.

Does Neo change our site or our feed?

Neo reads and recommends. It never changes a page, a theme, a feed, a robots.txt or a price, and never posts on a forum or review site. Every action in the plan names who acts: development, content, merchandising, customer service, founders.

Why no single AI visibility score?

Engines rarely cite the same pages, and the same question gets different answers from one run to the next. Neo reads each engine on its own, with its number of runs and its period. For ongoing tracking, use a prompt tracker that runs weekly; Neo reads it at each audit.

What about our Google Ads brand campaigns?

The audit reads paid brand clicks next to organic brand clicks: both capture demand created elsewhere. Whether bidding on your name adds sales is google_ads_pilot’s call, with its brand search test.
