Five topics, a short answer to each question.
setup
Getting started takes a few minutes.
What do I need to get started?
A Claude subscription for your team, access to the accounts Neo should read (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook…), depending on your channels, and the work tools you choose (Slack, Google Drive, Notion…). Setup takes a few minutes.
All integrations →I don’t have access to an account. How do I connect it?
Send a simple link to whoever holds the access: the client, the previous agency, the IT team. They sign in directly with the platform, using their own account, and approve the access. No password changes hands.
Sharing access →How do I connect Slack, Google Drive or Notion to Neo?
As Claude connectors, with the same Claude account as Neo. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an admin adds them for the team. You sign in to each tool on its own page, then Neo runs a harmless read (a few Slack channels, a Drive folder) and gives you the status of each tool. The “Guide me with Neo” button walks you through it step by step.
Neo in Slack and Gmail →Does Neo see my passwords?
No. You sign in to each platform and each tool on its own page. Your credentials show up in no conversation, file, deliverable or log, and ad platform tokens stay in an isolated service.
Security and access →What does Neo do during onboarding?
It builds the brand memory in this order: the Brand Kit, products and customer voice, economics, the brand platform, personas, events, then concepts for your three priority personas. It reads the files you dropped in first, doesn’t interrupt you, and gathers its questions at the end, each with a recommendation. You then correct each section in the chat, in your own words, and the Lexicon directly.
Brand memory →How do I add a brand or a client?
Each brand has its own dedicated machine, memory and accounts. Add it to your workspace and connect its accounts. To compare several brands in the same workspace, open a cross-brand chat or board.
Neo for agencies →Can I see Neo before I commit?
The demo runs on your own accounts: we connect one while you watch, and Neo prepares a first review. The modules alone start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
Book a demo →Neo reads your accounts at each source’s pace.
Which channels does Neo read?
Every source you connect: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads and Reddit Ads; Shopify, GA4, Search Console, Merchant Center and Amazon; Klaviyo; and Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Meta and Shopify are read live, the other sources are synced several times a day.
Neo’s sources →How fresh are the numbers?
Meta Ads and Shopify are read when you ask. The other sources arrive through Creaboost’s syncs, several times a day. Neo always says how far each channel’s data goes.
Freshness by source →Why does a number differ from the platform’s?
Neo computes its metrics with the formulas of the Creaboost dashboards, on each account’s primary conversion and attribution settings. A gap usually comes from a different attribution window, a different conversion event, or a day that is still partial. Ask Neo to show you its calculation.
Does Neo add up conversions across platforms?
Neo keeps each platform’s conversions separate and compares them with Shopify sales, the reference for the store’s revenue.
Neo + Shopify →Does Neo read my creatives?
On Meta, yes, images and videos: a model watches and listens to each creative and writes a sheet (transcript, hook in the first 3 seconds, angle, format, persona, offer, audio). Each new creative read costs 1 AI credit, and a sheet already read is free to read again. On Google Ads and TikTok Ads, Neo judges creatives on their metrics.
Analyze creatives →Neo produces boards, docs and tasks.
What’s the difference between a board and a doc?
A board is a live dashboard, built in plain language, that follows your accounts. A doc is a deliverable frozen at a date: an audit, a brief, concepts, a report.
Boards →How do I get the review every Monday?
Ask for it in the chat, or create the task from the Automations page. Neo shows you its name, next runs, exports and destinations, then waits for your yes. Every Monday, it writes one review per platform, then the business review, and sends you the summary in Slack or by email, with the decisions and their check dates.
Tasks →A task didn’t run, or sent nothing. What should I do?
Open its history: each run has a status (succeeded, failed, deferred, timed out), and Neo tells you why. A connector to reconnect from the Connectors page, a source that didn’t respond, a run deferred because your Claude subscription hit its usage limit. If the tool asks for confirmation before sending, allow that destination in advance, or the message waits.
Tasks →Can I export a deliverable?
Yes, to Google Slides, Sheets or Docs in your brand’s look, through your own Google connectors; without them, as a .pptx, .xlsx or .docx file. Or as a shareable page, public or workspace-only. A task updates the same file and the same page on every run.
Docs →Where should I start?
With a template: thirty-three deliverables, from the Monday reviews to the paid media audit, that Neo fills in with your accounts.
Templates →billing
Three plans, with your Claude subscription on the side.
How is Neo billed?
Three plans: Brand for one brand, Freelance for up to 5 brands, Agency built around you. Your price depends on the number of brands and modules, and we give it to you during the demo.
Pricing →Is the Claude subscription included?
Your Claude subscription is paid directly to Anthropic. Creaboost doesn’t bill it and never sees your Claude credentials.
What you pay elsewhere →What are credits for?
AI credits pay for generating creatives with Create and for reading new Meta creatives, images and videos, including in a Neo chat or task. Discover credits pay for research in the Discover module. Everything else in Chat, Boards, Docs and Tasks runs on your Claude subscription, with no credits.
Credits →How do I cancel?
Anytime. Access stays open until the end of the paid period, then your data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Terms of service →security
Your access stays yours.
Does Neo change my campaigns?
Neo reads, analyzes and proposes. It has no write access to your ad accounts, and every decision stays yours.
Security and access →Does Creaboost see my Claude credentials?
Never. Neo runs on Claude Code with your team’s Claude subscription, and your credentials stay between you and Anthropic.
Is my data used to train AI?
Creaboost trains no general-purpose AI model on your data, and doesn’t sell it. How Anthropic handles your conversations is governed by your Claude agreement.
Privacy policy →How do I revoke Creaboost’s access?
From each platform, at any time. Once the subscription ends or an account is disconnected, its data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Privacy policy →support
For everything else, the Creaboost team answers.
The fastest way is still to see Neo on your accounts.
In 30 minutes, we connect an account while you watch, Neo prepares a review, and you leave with the deliverable.
